What are your operating hours?
We are open from 24/7, Monday to Sunday. We are generally able to take all bookings, but occasionally on holidays or during times of high use, we may not be able to accommodate same-day or otherwise last second bookings. Some after-hours bookings may not be approved for security or legal reasons. Please inquire if you have any questions. After hours is 6pm to 6am Weekdays and 5pm to 10am weekends.
Are there hidden fees?
We strive to be as transparent with pricing as possible. Our booking app should be up-to-date at all times with studio fees, add-ons, and labor costs and will calculate your fees according to time of use, guest count, and type of activity, but if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
If equipment or the space is damaged, we will charge a repair/replacement fee, and if additional cleaning beyond regular use is required, a cleaning fee will be charged. Use of particle materials like glitter and confetti will be charged an additional cleaning fee dependent on how much time it takes to clean.
NOTE: No smoking! A $1200 damage fee will be charged if cigarettes, cannabis, vapes are consumed indoors or lingers inside. Haze/Smoke machines for creative purposes may be allowed with prior authorization, please inquire for more details.
What’s parking like?
Metered street parking is available just out front for about $2/hr and there is unmetered parking a couple blocks away. You can also use the parking garage two blocks South on Market/San Pedro for longer term parking (first 90-minutes free!).
NOTE: please do not park in the building parking lot, it is private and they frequently tow unauthorized vehicles
Can I bring food and drink?
Absolutely! Please note that any additional clean-up may incur a fee so please be careful with your food. No alcohol is allowed without special permission – please inquire about an event of booking if you would like to bring/consume alcoholic beverages.
Can I play music?
Music is allowed at low levels during regular work hours 8am-5pm and louder music is allowed after hours and on weekends.
