Cleaning and Damage fees will be assessed and charged after the booking.
All bookings may be required to provide a deposit at the discretion of the studio manager.
⚠️ – Do not prop doors open or leave unlocked after loading in or out
⚠️ – Let the electronic lock on the studio door finish cycling before pushing open the door
⚠️ – The restrooms are shared, please treat them with respect
⚠️ – No particles/glitter/confetti, etc. without approval, cleaning fee may apply
⚠️ – Pet friendly with approval, cleaning fee may apply
⚠️ – Alcohol may be allowed with prior approval, cleaning fee/damage fee may apply
⚠️ – Fog machines ONLY with prior approval
⚠️ – Nudity is fine, explicit sex/pornography is not allowed
❌ – NO SMOKING – of any kind
❌ – do not disturb other tenants
❌ – the access hallways are not part of your rental and may not be occupied by your guests

❌ – do not move furniture without permission
❌ – do not adjust items on the wall without permission

❌ – no loud noises before 5:00pm (weekends are exempted)

A $1200 damage and cleaning fee will be applied if smoking of any kind takes place inside the space or in adjacent spaces such as the access hallways or bathrooms.
Additional guests over and above the max guest count allowed will be billed at $25/guest/hour.
If we have to mop the floors due to drink spills, a $50 charge will be applied.
If furniture is damaged, it will be billed at the following replacement rates:
Rug replacement = $189/each
Couch replacement = $452/each
Arm Chair replacement = $135/each
Stool replacement = $50/each
